CANDIDATE FOR CFP® CERTIFICATION,
WEALTH ADVISOR

Adam’s interest in helping people manage their finances started in high school with his grandmother. He always had a strong interest in investing, and his grandmother was at a point where she was going to need daily assistance. After several discussions regarding her finances, he discovered that her financial advisor was not really providing the proper guidance she needed. That motivated him to want to make sure that no one else’s parent or grandparent ever found themselves in a similar situation.

Adam received his bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oswego’s School of Business in 2008, where he was captain of their NCAA golf team. He is preparing to take the board exam for his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in the spring.

After graduation, Adam was employed by ING Wealth Management, where he worked on retirement planning for individuals and companies in the not-for-profit industry. He joined 10-15 Associates in 2010. As a personal wealth advisor, Adam works with existing and prospective clients to provide financial planning services, including portfolio and performance reviews. He works with clients on an individual basis with a focus on retirement income planning and analysis. Adam also works closely with clients on education planning and reviewing their insurance needs.

What Adam loves most about his job is that no two households are alike. Every client presents a new set of challenges and circumstances to consider. As a wealth advisor, Adam enjoys thinking outside the box and developing creative solutions for individuals and families when developing their financial plan.

One of Adam’s fondest memories came early in his career at 10-15 Associates. A client sent him a note thanking him for making the transition into retirement a lot less stressful and overwhelming. Providing personal guidance and reassurance to families and individuals as they transition into retirement is a philosophy he has been taught since day one at 10-15 Associates. This type of acknowledgement motivates Adam to work hard to provide the best possible guidance to each and every client.

On the personal side, Adam’s passion for golf followed him from college into his personal and professional life. He enjoys competing with friends and clients on the golf course and in local amateur golf tournaments. Adam also loves history, which is fortunate, because his beautiful wife also happens to be a history teacher. Together, he, his wife, and their dog Dutch, enjoy a wide array of outdoor activities.
