For as long as she can remember, Stephanie, our wealth advisor, has always wanted to be a financial planner. Growing up with parents in the industry, she was able to see how fulfilling it was to help people achieve their financial goals and prepare for retirement. Today, she follows in their footsteps.
Stephanie graduated from the Pace University, Lubin School of Business in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with minors in accounting and economics. Immediately after graduation she joined 10-15 Associates. She is currently preparing to take the board exam for her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in the spring.
As a personal wealth advisor, Stephanie meets with existing and prospective clients to review their portfolios and provide ongoing investment guidance. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and goals and then develops personalized investment strategies that will help her clients and their families achieve those goals. Stephanie believes that the foundation of retirement planning lies in educating her clients on the benefits their company provides and then developing a strategy that will maximize those benefits. She specializes in retirement plan development for companies as well as individuals.
Once a client reaches his or her retirement goals, Stephanie personally assists the client through the retirement process to ensure an effective transition. This helps alleviate the stress that is often associated with the transition into retirement.
Stephanie loves the dynamic environment of the financial services industry. The constant changes in the market make her job both demanding and exciting as she continuously works to deliver the most up-to-date strategies to her clients. She works with her clients on a personal level and enjoys sharing in the special events in their lives. She also looks forward to the regular client appreciation events that the firm holds. It allows her to fully appreciate how special the firm is that her parents built and how much they truly love what they do.
On the personal side, Stephanie is an avid hiker and also enjoys running, gardening, and reading. Her inspiration comes not only from her parents but from her brother and sister as well. Their friendly, competitive nature as children helped push them both academically and athletically as they grew up (Monopoly actually had to be banned from the house). That competitive quality continues today in their professional lives. Stephanie is a proud supporter of St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital as well as many annual athletic events that support cancer awareness.
